Do visitors need to create an account?
No. Visitors enter their name and email, verify with a one-time code, and book. No signup, no password, no friction.
Can the AI decide when to suggest a meeting?
Yes. Your AI agent analyzes the conversation and suggests booking when the visitor shows intent — asking about pricing, requesting a demo, or comparing plans. You control the trigger conditions in your agent configuration.
What calendars are supported?
Google Calendar is fully supported today. Outlook/Microsoft 365 and Cal.com integrations are on the roadmap.
Does it handle timezones?
Automatically. Jigbell detects the visitor's timezone and shows available slots in their local time. Your calendar stays in your timezone — no confusion on either side.
What happens after someone books?
Both parties get a branded email confirmation with a calendar invite (.ics) and a Google Meet link. The booking appears in your Google Calendar immediately.
